Shorter total examination time is achieved by reducing patient positioning time through touchless guided patient setup, combined with accelerated 2D and 3D scanning. This is made possible by the new gradient and radiofrequency architecture and the use of Compressed SENSE technology.

By combining an exceptional level of patient comfort with improved clinical outcomes, Philips created Ingenia Elition X. VitalScreen provides guidance and detailed information about the current patient examination.

Its 12 cm interactive touch screen displays information about the coil to be used, examination duration, patient positioning, physiological signal monitoring devices, including ECG, and, where applicable, contrast use, as well as breath-hold instructions.

The operator also no longer needs to configure a conventional respiratory sensor. VitalEye provides a continuous, interference-resistant respiratory signal without requiring interaction.
